About NeurOS Platforms

Pioneering accessible, adaptive neurofeedback for children with autism.

Our Mission

Make evidence-based neurofeedback accessible and affordable by pairing AI-driven personalization with engaging gameplay that keeps children motivated.

Our Vision

Grow our platform from ASD neurofeedback to ADHD, anxiety, depression, and consumer wellness while preserving rigor and affordability.

Hear from Our Founders

Why NeurOS

Traditional neurofeedback is costly, time-intensive (20-40 clinical visits), and sees high dropout rates. NeurOS Platforms was founded in July 2025 to remove these barriers with consumer EEG hardware, an AI-driven personalization stack, and game mechanics that keep kids engaged while real-time protocols run passively.

Accessible Hardware

The Muse S Athena headset replaces clinical-grade equipment.

AI Icon

AI Personalization

Our in-house AI protocols tailor neurofeedback to each student.

Engagement Loop

Students play mini-games with a progression system and care for virtual pets.

Cost Icon

Cost Compression

Neurofeedback under $360 per regimen vs $4k-$8k clinical.

Dual Setting Design

Runs at home or in classrooms with minimal staff time.

Data Icon

Data Fusion

We combine EEG data with Guardian input to drive positive outcomes.

Follows Protocol

NeurOS follows standard Frontal Alpha Asymmetry neurofeedback protocols (among others).

Scalable Protocol

Expand rapidly to millions of students.

Founders

Colin Fausnaught

Colin Fausnaught
Co-Founder & CTO

Colin has spent more than a decade advancing brain-computer interfaces and applied AI. As an early intern at OpenBCI, he co-founded RIT's first student BCI research team, earned a "Maker of Merit" award at Maker Faire Dubai, and later taught a Brain-Computer Interfacing course at RIT. He also taught neurotech on his YouTube channel The BCI Guys, the largest brain-computer interface YouTube channel of its time.

At NeurOS he architects the adaptive neurofeedback engine, safeguards real-time signal integrity, and leads protocol expansion for future therapeutic indications.

Nicholas Merten

Nicholas Merten
Co-Founder & CEO

Nicholas previously founded Digifox, an all-in-one finance app integrating interest earning, asset investing, and P2P transfers that grew to more than 20,000 users. He also launched one of the largest finance channels on YouTube, amassing over 500,000 subscribers.

At NeurOS he focuses on school partnerships, parent and stakeholder education, product strategy, and capital planning, ensuring NeurOS can bring safe, research-backed neurofeedback to those who need it most.
